Classes are held at Focused Fitness in Sheridan Park, Bluffton.
Punchcards regularly $160 for 8 classes, with intro special you get 2 more FREE classes, so that's 10 classes for only $160.

Hi everyone!
So far we have several participants in the Weight Loss Challenge! If you haven't signed up yet, please call me for an appointment to take your "before" assessments. It takes about 10 minutes.

Once I have taken your assesssments you will receive an email with your username and password for the online support program (your "My Active Profile")! I will be giving you more detailed information at this time. Let the games begin!

Mark your calendars!!!! The Kickoff Party is Wednesday, January 28th at 6:30pm at Focused Fitness Studio (located in Sheridan Park).
This is a great opportunity to meet other participants and have some fun!
There will be healthy snacks and plenty of water!!!
